Qualifications

• Direct manufacturing management experience required.
• Experience with powder coat paint systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable execution of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Execute Production Plan set by Plant Leadership.
• Interpret drawings and specs to guide the team.
• Inspect products for conformance to specs and quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and material issues.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper tool use.
• Review weekly timecards and manage team schedule.
