Qualifications

Hands-on industrial painting experience using spray systems and powder coat processes.
Proficiency with spray guns and paint guns, including setup and cleaning.
Ability to work with enamel and acrylic paints and understand their applications

Responsibilities

Paint industrial equipment using spray systems and a powder coat line, following established processes and quality standards.
Set up, adjust, and clean spray guns and related equipment.
Perform color and powder changes efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and preventing cross-contamination.
Change wet tanks and feed hoppers as needed to support continuous painting operations.
Measure and understand paint thickness (mils) to meet coating requirements.
Inspect coatings for coverage, thickness, and overall appearance.
