Vervic Inc. in Decatur, AL seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the Powder Coat Paint Line and Packout operations. You will lead daily manufacturing activities, coordinate schedules, ensure quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in industrial painting, strong knowledge of powder coating and wet paint systems, and proven leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience in an industrial paint environment.
• Strong working knowledge of powder coating and industrial wet paint systems.
• Proven experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the powder coat paint line, industrial liquid paint booth, assembly, and packaging departments.
• Coordinate production schedules and workflow to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
• Monitor daily production activities to maximize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and assign employees based on production priorities.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve workflow.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives are consistently achieved.
• Supervise, direct, and evaluate production employees across departments.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to team members.
• Maintain safe and organized production areas and enforce safety policies.
