Qualifications

- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating.
- Apply powder coating to parts using spray equipment.
- Operate and maintain coating equipment, ovens, and spray guns.
- Monitor oven temperatures and bake times for proper curing.
- Inspect finished products for coverage and quality.
- Collaborate with production to meet daily schedules.
