Job summary

FULL VISION INC in United States, Georgia, is seeking a Powder Coating Prep Helper to prepare metal parts for powder coating. You will clean, de-rust, mask, inspect surfaces and stage parts on racks for coating.

This role may involve light assembly, material handling, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. You must pass drug and agility tests, demonstrate strong dexterity and attention to detail, and communicate with team members to support production needs.

• Experience painting a variety of surface types.
• Passage of Drug Test

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking and inspecting surfaces.
• Hang or position parts on racks or conveyors for coating.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality prior to painting.
• Mask areas that should not be coated and assist with unloading painted parts.
• Assist with light assembly and general material handling as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Communicate production needs and quality concerns with team and supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
