The role requires hands-on powder coating skills, attention to detail, and a strong team mindset in a busy shop setting. Safety and efficiency are priorities in daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of powder coating experience
• Solid understanding of powder application techniques, equipment, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read work orders and follow finish specifications
• Strong attention to detail — can spot flaws others miss
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and working in a shop environment
• A team player who takes ownership of their work
