Aebi Schmidt Group in Waterville, Maine, is hiring for Powder Coat Prep 1 to support our metal fabrication team. The position is Regular Employee, hourly non-exempt, with pay between $20.00 and $26.00 per hour.

You will prepare truck bodies, cabs, and parts for painting using sanding, washing, masking, and PPE. A high school diploma is preferred, with 1+ year paint prep or bodywork experience and willingness for overtime and training.

• Comfortable working in high heat, dust, and chemical environments.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and team mindset.
• Ability to wear PPE respirators for extended periods.
