Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking an Assembly/Finish technician in Waterville, ME. Regular Employee, hourly non-exempt role paying $20.00–$26.00 per hour.

You will join our production team to assemble truck bodies and specialty vehicles, working across assembly, sub-assembly, and component areas with various hand and power tools. You will rotate between workstations, follow work instructions and quality standards, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and support 5S and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred (automotive, RV, or boat).
• Valid driver’s license and good attendance.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and use ladders.
• Comfortable reading tape measures to 1/16" and gauges.
• Team player with a safety-first mindset; pass pre-employment drug screen.

What you need to be successful:
