Job summary

Generac in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a detail‑oriented Painter I to safely perform supervised powder coat painting following established procedures. You will load/unload parts from the paint line, move parts efficiently, and ensure a ready-to-use finish while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts before and after coating, following PPE guidelines, and supporting housekeeping and stock handling. Prior powder coat experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load, transfer, and unload parts on/from the paint line.
• Hang/rack parts for painting application.
• Inspect quality before and after finishing process.
• Maintain safe work habits and housekeeping.
