CHASE Staffing is seeking a skilled Powder Coat Painter for our Roanoke, VA facility on 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in powder coating or industrial painting and can work independently or as part of a team. Full-time employment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating powder coating equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, masking, sanding, and inspecting materials.
• Apply powder coating to parts and products using spray equipment and established procedures.
• Ensure proper coverage, thickness, and finish quality of coated products.
• Load and unload materials from paint lines, racks, and curing ovens.
• Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of powder coating equipment and work areas.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
