Job summary

Landscape Structures Inc. is seeking a Painter for the 2nd shift to paint parts passing through the powder coat booth, upholding high quality standards. The role requires standing for extended periods and operating the Nordson booth.

HS diploma preferred, with powder coat experience preferred and basic computer skills. Pay starts within an hourly range of $18.50–$20.00, with a $3.00 shift differential and eligibility for profit-sharing and a monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with powder coat processes is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Basic computer skills for common shop tasks and records.
• Ability to read prints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Paint each part going through the powder coat booth.
• Able to stand and paint for extended periods during the shift.
• Operate Nordson paint booth functions and ensure quality.
• Maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
