Job summary

Landscape Structures Inc. is seeking a Painter for the 2nd shift to paint parts passing through the powder coat booth, upholding high quality standards. The role requires standing for extended periods and operating the Nordson booth.

HS diploma preferred, with powder coat experience preferred and basic computer skills. Pay starts within an hourly range of $18.50–$20.00, with a $3.00 shift differential and eligibility for profit-sharing and a monthly bonus.

POSITION SUMMARY

The essence of the painter/primer’s role is to paint all items going through the powder coat booth, while keeping a high-quality standard.

Hours: M-TH 1:30 PM-12 PM.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manually paint each part going through the paint booth.
• Able to stand and paint all parts for extended times throughout shift.
• Good working knowledge of powder coat application.
• Able to operate all functions of the Nordson paint booth.

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

• In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
