Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, mask, and hang parts for the powder coating process.
• Operate powder coating spray equipment according to SOPs and apply coatings evenly.
• Monitor curing ovens, line speed, and workflow; perform inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; communicate with the team.
