Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read drawings and BOMs.
• Basic computer skills and English communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto fixtures.
• Prepare parts for coating including cleaning.
• Operate coating equipment and monitor gauges.
• Inspect coating quality and perform curing.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document actions.
