Qualifications

• Read and follow SOPs and work instructions to meet customer and QMS requirements.
• Reference related SOPs and work instructions for specific quality expectations.
• Be qualified to use measurement devices such as ruler, caliper, and tape measure to verify product acceptance and proper machine operation.
• Constant visual inspection of materials and product to ensure acceptance.
• Set aside any material or product that does not meet specification for disposition by appropriate personnel (supervisor, quality representative)

• Assists in the preparation of papers, films, start up block and other related items in the normal set up procedure.
• Help encourage and maintain good housekeeping.
• Assist production supervision as required.
• Knowledge of fraction/decimal conversions.
• Reading comprehension skills adequate to understand written communication.
• Write legible and understandable communication.
