Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Poultry Weighing Technician for our Fort Smith, AR facility. The role travels to contract farms to pen weigh poultry and collect data as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities include weighing poultry to determine weight, collecting feed inventory and flock mortality, delivering supplies, and assisting service techs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 months related experience acceptable.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Individually weigh poultry to determine weight as needed.
• Performs this task daily and occasionally on weekends.
• Collect feed inventory and flock mortality as needed.
• Deliver supplies to contract farms as needed.
• Assist service techs as needed.
