Job summary

Zoetis in Marietta, GA, is seeking a Poultry Vaccine Delivery & Support Specialist to plan, coordinate, and deliver frozen poultry vaccines. You will use inventory and order systems to track orders and ensure proper chain of custody, while supporting customer vaccine application processes.

You will collaborate with the Vaccine Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant deliveries, train customers on vaccine handling, and conduct audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Science, business administration, or similar is preferred.
• Two years planning/scheduling experience using an automated system or related experience.
• Poultry industry knowledge and awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and optimize inventory to support vaccination programs.
• Deliver products to ensure customer needs are met in the assigned territory.
• Train customers to ensure proper use of Zoetis products.
• Determine training needs and adjust training to meet customer needs.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding Zoetis products and services.
• Provide QA standards and audits; ensure safe handling of frozen vaccines.
• Keep documentation for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
