Job summary

Zoetis, Inc seeks a Poultry Vaccine Delivery & Support Specialist to plan, coordinate, and deliver frozen poultry vaccines in the Marietta, GA region. The role uses inventory and order systems to track vaccine orders, delivery, and chain of custody while supporting customer application processes.

You will train customers on proper vaccine handling, audit spray cabinet operations, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Ag Science or business.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Two years planning/scheduling using an automated system.
• Poultry industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools to assess customer needs, prioritize allocations and optimize inventory for vaccination programs.
• Deliver products to ensure customer needs are met in the territory.
• Build loyalty by developing relationships with customers.
• Train and evaluate customers for proper product use and application.
• Identify training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
• Communicate with customers regarding Zoetis poultry products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of customer locations to optimize opportunities.
• Provide QA standards and conduct audits.
• Ensure safe handling of frozen vaccines and compliance with SOPs.
• Audit spray cabinet operation and utilization by customers.
• Stay updated on marketing programs and potential rebates.
• Support aligned sales area with post-visit updates for follow-up orders.
• Provide effective training and summarize visits for stakeholders.
• Maintain certifications for safety and regulatory requirements in vaccine handling.
