Pilgrim’s is seeking a Vaccination Technician to join our field operations. The role involves collecting and processing blood, culture and tissue samples and assisting in vaccinating and weighing flocks.

The position requires driving a company vehicle and the ability to work in hot, humid, dusty environments. Responsibilities include document submission to laboratories, completing paperwork, and maintaining a positive, safety‑conscious attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Poultry Science or similar field preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to adapt to change.
• Solid math and analytical abilities for problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process blood, culture and tissue samples.
• Submit samples to laboratory and complete paperwork.
• Assist in vaccinating and weighing flocks; drive company vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot, humid, dusty environments.
