Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Waco, TX, is seeking associates to fill in for absent workers in the deboning area. You will train new and current teammates and perform all duties in compliance with company policies and animal welfare guidelines.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, and demonstrated leadership. Able to work nights, weekends, holidays; comfortable in a cold, wet environment; and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Independently fills in and performs work when regular worker is absent.
• Distribute knives prior to shift and manage knife swaps.
• Set up lines with stands and ice.
• Train/cross-train workers on new skills.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and follow safety policies.
