Wayne-Sanderson Farms is hiring a Training Associate to conduct onboarding, skill development, and refresher training for hourly staff in a poultry processing facility. The role may involve floor work, backfilling, or supporting special projects when not training.

You will train, assess readiness, and collaborate with management to improve materials and schedules while promoting safe work practices and PPE usage on site.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year poultry processing experience; training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and food production regulations (GMP, USDA, OSHA, etc.).
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) to all levels; multilingual preferred.
• Ability to evaluate employee performance and retrain effectively without demeaning.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and train all department production duties per policies and legal requirements (GMP/SSOP/USDA/OSHA).
• Introduce employees to tasks, rotations, safe habits, and clock procedures with adequate practice.
• Observe training and report readiness or safety concerns to leadership or HR.
• Relieve line workers for breaks when not training or on production line.
• Develop and maintain training materials, teaching methods, and schedules with management.
• Coordinate training sessions, scheduling, logistics, and equipment for training.
