Qualifications

• Applicants must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview.
• Must have at least 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
• Rehire rules apply: maximum 3 times at Cobb/Tyson Foods; previous agricultural or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the selection of up to 2500 pedigree birds daily by identifying gender, catching, and auditing market birds.
• Monitor ventilation and light; assist with proper coop assignment and movement of birds.
• Maintain clean facilities, assist with setup and labeling, and ensure waste disposal at end of shift.
• Assist with moving birds between brood house and feed conversion and perform other duties as assigned.
