Responsibilities

• The 12 week Trainee program is designed to provide a foundation of poultry breeding and related operations.
• Receive training and perform duties in several departments across the production complex.
• Visit and transfer knowledge in Feed Mills, Hatchery, Logistics/Transportation and support functions.
• Learn staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints and company policies.
• Provide support in reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service.
