Responsibilities

• The 12 week Trainee program provides a foundation of poultry breeding for future growth.
• Receive training and perform duties in several departments across the production complex.
• Visits and knowledge transfer in other departments such as Feed Mills, Hatchery, Logistics/Transportation and support functions.
• Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints and policies affecting each phase of business.
• Report on progress of goals and objectives.
• Monitor progress with management and trainers.
• Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods and standards.
• Train in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate transferability between departments.
• Provide support in reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service as needed.
