Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a General Labor team member to join our on-site poultry production team. This role involves working at multiple stations along the production line and may include live hang, evisceration, debone, and other duties across departments.

You will handle live poultry and various product types while following strict safety protocols and PPE usage. Overtime and weekend work may be required to support production goals and maintain product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry products.
• Perform general labor duties in production areas (live hang, evisceration, debone, cut up, marinating, stack off, Polybag, Retail, Warehouse).
• Handle live poultry, raw products, and cooked products per department.
• Follow safety requirements and wear PPE as required.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions to maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow lockout/tagout and Process Safety Management where applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in safety programs and training.
• Work assigned shifts, overtime, and some weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
