Job summary

George's, a long‑standing poultry producer in the United States, seeks a General Labor Production team member to safely and efficiently perform a variety of duties on the production plant floor to meet daily operational needs.

You may rotate between departments (first processing, debone, second processing) and must maintain production flow, uphold a safe work environment, and comply with attendance and performance policies while following written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• No prior experience required; poultry/meat processing experience preferred.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work in different areas of the poultry processing plant, including first processing, debone, and/or second processing.
• Rotate between positions on a line or between departments.
• Maintain a pace to ensure production flow is maintained.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance and job performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
