Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a General Labor employee to work in our poultry production area, performing a range of duties along the production line. You may encounter live poultry, raw and cooked products, depending on the department and daily needs.

The role requires working five to six days a week with overtime possible and offers benefits including weekly payroll, PTO, medical, dental/vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform a variety of general labor duties in a poultry production environment.
• Ability to follow safety requirements, including PPE and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.
• Perform assigned general labor duties in production areas as needed.
• Handle live poultry, raw and cooked products per department assignment.
• Follow safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in safety programs and production shifts including overtime/weekends.
