Job summary

Koch Foods is hiring dependable General Laborers for our poultry processing team. General Labor employees support daily production operations by performing a variety of tasks throughout the processing and production areas while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, sanitation, and food safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Starting pay rate is $16.25 per hour.
• No previous poultry or manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production and processing tasks as assigned.
• Operate basic production equipment after training.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area during the shift.
• Follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Communicate any production or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
