Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Hourly team member to join our processing line and help deliver safe, high-quality poultry products. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect items, operate equipment, and maintain a clean area while following safety and biosecurity guidelines.

This fast-paced role requires teamwork, dependability, and willingness to learn, with opportunities for career development and growth within Pilgrim's across roles and shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cool temperatures and stand 8–11 hours per day.
• Team player and willing to work close to other employees at some stations.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment; report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across different production areas.
