Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking candidates for an hourly production role in Moorefield, WV. You will work on the processing line performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with teammates on ongoing improvements. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and may have poultry or food industry experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication skills for coordination with team and supervisors.
• Ability to understand and apply simple instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team by sharing skills and knowledge and promoting a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different areas of production as needed.
