Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a hands-on production team member to join our poultry processing line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection to meet safety and quality standards. You’ll operate equipment, maintain a clean area, and follow all safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma is preferred; poultry or food-industry experience is a plus; teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, communicate well, follow simple instructions, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas of production as needed.
