Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Dayshift Production Hourly role. Join our team to process poultry products, ensure safety and quality, and operate equipment on a fast-paced line. You will monitor operations, maintain sanitation, and contribute to continuous improvement with a collaborative spirit.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and may bring poultry or food-industry experience. Expect work Monday–Friday with some weekend shifts and a base hourly rate of $18.25, plus benefits after

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
• Must be a team player and able to work closely with others at some stations.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools, manual labor, and equipment according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge while promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
