Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a hands-on production team member to help deliver safe, high-quality poultry products. You will cut, trim, package, inspect, and operate equipment on the processing line, while adhering to strict food safety and quality standards. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Expect an hourly base pay of $17.96 with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role includes training and opportunities for growth within a values-driven, safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: ability to multitask, good communication, follow instructions, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and food safety guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across production areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
