Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a production hourly role. You will work on the processing line performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards.

You’ll operate equipment, keep areas clean, and follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced team setting. The position offers a base hourly rate of $18.50 with a $1.00 shift differential for 3rd shift, and requires a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask and work quickly, have good communication skills, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production goals.
