Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a production hourly team member on a fast-paced processing line in Wisconsin. You will perform cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspections to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

You’ll operate equipment, keep a clean station, and follow all safety guidelines while working closely with teammates. Required are basic education and the ability to multitask, with poultry or food-industry experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly.
• Must be a team player and willing to work near others.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products following USDA and Pilgrim's standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support teammates and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Adapt to different areas of production as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
