Qualifications

• 5+ years in poultry/food industry with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the poultry processing production operations of the plant.
• Coordinate production, maintenance, sanitation, quality, shipping and receiving areas.
• Monitor department performance to meet production efficiency, yield and quality goals.
• Set objectives and review shift's performance versus objectives.
• Ensure sanitation meets USDA/OSHA standards and safety requirements.
