Responsibilities

• Works on a moving conveyor belt using both hands and styles product by hand on the belt.
• Performs multiple types of packing and weighing.
• Pulls bones from product; inspects, grades and removes product that does not meet standards.
• Participates as a member of the Team and supports development, communication and implementation of team concepts and policies.
• Maintains familiarity with Simmons operating systems and LEAN; communicates concerns and improvement ideas.
• Performs other duties to support business objectives.
• Physical activities include moving up to 55 pounds and working in cold, wet, noisy environments.
