Job summary

Wayne Farms is seeking a Line Associate to support the poultry processing line, performing tasks such as debone or evisceration as they rotate on the line. You will follow all policies, guidelines and legal requirements while wearing PPE to maintain a zero-accident culture.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; prior poultry experience is valued. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work non-standard shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration
• Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (i.e. NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly at all times in areas requiring PPE
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned
