Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a production hourly associate for our Georgia facility. You will work on the processing line performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet strict safety and quality standards.

You will operate equipment, maintain cleanliness, and follow biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; poultry or food-industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA/Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working at different stations as needed.
