Pilgrim’s is seeking a Dayshift Production Hourly team member to join our processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry to meet safety and quality standards, operate equipment, and maintain a clean work area.

In this hands-on role, you’ll follow safety and biosecurity guidelines, support team members, and participate in continuous improvement. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Able to multitask, communicate well, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates and promote a positive work environment.
