Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands-on production role on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package and inspect products to meet safety and quality standards, operate equipment, and keep a clean area in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: multitask, good communication, teamwork, safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Share skills with teammates and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible and work across different production areas as needed.
