Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for our DSI operations in the United States. You will supervise daily poultry production on the floor, ensure targets are met, and uphold safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Lead a team, monitor workflows, and coordinate with other departments to drive improvements. The role emphasizes real-time issue resolution, strong communication, and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience leading 20+ employees; poultry/food industry a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication; basic computer skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
