Responsibilities

• Handle, sort, and move poultry products along the production line.
• Trim, cut, or prepare products using knives or approved equipment after training.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or contamination.
• Pack products into designated containers with counts, weights, labeling, and packaging instructions.
