Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking entry-level associates for day shifts in our packing and loading operations in California. You will work on elevated platforms, operate conveyors, and weigh products while maintaining strict safety practices and clean work areas.

Responsibilities include boxing, sealing, and moving product through the pack line, with training provided on PPE use and safety protocols. This role supports producing high-quality poultry products for families, as part of a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work safely with machinery and PPE.
• Able to follow instructions and perform repetitive packing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pack or load poultry product onto conveyors or packaging machines.
• Weigh bags of product on a scale.
• Remove fat from turkey skin using appropriate tools.
• Assemble and seal cardboard cases for packing.
• Load and seal cases and place packages on racks.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
