Job summary

Scramble Staffing is seeking experienced Poultry Live Production Supervisors and Farm Supervisors for opportunities across the United States. The role focuses on live bird production, flock health, welfare, environmental controls, and supervising staff in poultry houses.

You will monitor health, environment, and production performance, train team members, ensure safety and biosecurity, and coordinate maintenance and audits as needed. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Commercial poultry live production experience required.
• Supervisory or farm management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in agricultural environments and handle physical demands.
• Willingness to relocate may be required depending on opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of poultry houses and ensure bird wellbeing as top priority.
• Inspect birds daily and monitor feed, water, temperature, ventilation and air quality.
• Monitor flock health and identify sick birds or production concerns needing attention.
• Ensure proper animal welfare and bird handling practices.
• Supervise, train, direct and develop staff in houses or farm operations.
• Track production performance and maintain records and required documentation.
• Monitor environmental control systems and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain operation of equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with management, veterinarians and nutritionists on concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and biosecurity standards in barns and service areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and operating policies; assist audits.
• Report significant issues to management and participate in on-call rotation.
