Simmons Foods is seeking a versatile Swing Crew member to perform a variety of jobs on the line and in the department, supporting the supervisor as needed. Flexibility and strong communication help orient new employees and adapt to changing duties.

You will support team cohesion, participate in the development of team concepts, and help ensure Best practices across the plant while traveling between facilities as required. High school diploma preferred.

• Willingness to travel between facilities as needed
