Job summary

Handsome Brook Farms is seeking a Flock Advisor to service farms in the Northeast (PA / NY) region. This role involves weekly visits to farms for data collection on feed and bird weight, coordination of feed orders, and ensuring compliance with organic standards. Candidates should have experience with poultry, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and Google tools. A valid driver’s license is required, along with a collaborative work approach.

Qualifications

• Experience working with poultry (preferably layers) or on farms.
• Experience with Excel, Dropbox, and Gmail.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Weekly service visit to assigned farms.
• Extensive, on-site data collection.
• Submission of production report data in Excel.
• Coordination of feed ordering from designated mill.
• Oversee biosecurity compliance at serviced farms.
