Job summary

Hog Slat, Inc., the world’s leading provider of swine and poultry facility equipment, is seeking a sales representative to manage the Dubach, LA territory. You will grow market share by selling poultry equipment to area growers remodeling facilities and by maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing territory strategies and coordinating deliveries and service. Ideal candidates have deep industry knowledge, strong presentation skills, and experience with building

Qualifications

• Experience in the hog & poultry industry or related sales
• Ability to read drawings and understand building layouts
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel for daily communication
• Experience using Hog Slat Quote System or similar pricing tools
• Experience with measuring and detailing building/equipment layouts
• Ability to design ventilation and feed delivery plans (learning allowed)

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers in the territory
• Identify growth areas including independents and contract growers
• Increase market share and implement new marketing strategies
• Prepare quotes and presentations communicating value and product features
• Coordinate deliveries, installations, and warranty support
• Sell parts and equipment aligned with company strategy
