Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. is seeking candidates for hourly production positions on the Debone line. You will rotate through all positions on the line including cutting breasts, wings, pulling skin, using a saw, loading product, and tray packing.

The role requires adaptability, teamwork, and attention to safety and company policies. Work is in a cold environment; protective PPE is provided. This is a hands-on production role located in the Fairland, OK to Jane and Southwest City, MO area.

Qualifications

• Fluent in performing all Debone line positions on a rotation.
• Fosters team cohesion and communicates effectively.
• Experience in poultry or food processing preferred.
• Able to work in cold environments (down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit).

Responsibilities

• Perform all positions on the Debone line and rotate as needed to include cutting breasts, wings, and skin removal.
• Operate a saw and load product, then tray pack as required.
• Participate in team meetings and help implement team concepts and policies.
• Identify issues affecting team cohesiveness and work with leaders to resolve.
