As a team member you support ongoing development and communicate program policies, attend team meetings, and help achieve synergy for the department. Work environment is cold (to 40 degrees), PPE is required, and poultry or food processing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a cold environment (40 F) and stand for long periods.
• Experience in poultry or food processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all positions on the Debone line and rotate tasks as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and follow production standards.
• Support teamwork and communicate issues to team leaders.
• Adhere to LEAN, quality, and safety policies.
